The work shown in the “Collaborations” section was created for the clients named, who may hold usage rights to it. Their names and logos belong to them.

Data collected. Only what you enter in the order and quote request forms: name, email address, shipping address (optional), message and chosen items, together with the language of the page you used.

Purposes. To reply to your request, prepare a quote, and process and ship your order.

Legal basis. Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients. Débora Borba only. To be delivered, messages pass through the form service Web3Forms and the hosting provider Netlify, which may process this data outside the European Union. Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Retention. For as long as needed to handle your request, then at most three years after our last exchange. Information relating to a sale is kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to deboraborba@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which technically sends your IP address to Google when the page is displayed.
